Some of our products come from major retailers that have been returned for some reason or another. They could be scratch and dent , incorrect orders, or shelf pulls, just to name a few. We stock anything you can imagine. From major appliances to furniture to clothing and mattresses and as well small kitchen appliances. All of the products at Rose-Hill Liquidation are in nearly mint condition. In most cases, only minor scratches or dents have kept it from the showroom floor.

Each and every Thursday is the start of a new sales week. Our sales items are listed on the home page of our website. But we often have more in-store specials throughout the store as new products arrive .We encourage you to visit us often and look through the store for various signs leading you to receive an additional 10% to 50% off of our already low prices. There is always something new at Rose-Hill Liquidation. The entire staff encourages all of our customers to return regularly as we can get as many as three 48-foot trailers of product every two weeks. If you come in and see something you like, you should purchase it then, as we may never get it in stock again. We offer a 3 hour hold on our products should you need to measure or make arrangements for pick-up. If you do purchase an item, you don't need to take it with you right away, you have up to Friday night to pick up your purchase. If you purchase an item that is too large for you to transport or you feel uncomfortable carrying it on or in your vehicle, we offer a home delivery service. For a small charge, we will deliver your purchase to your front door or garage. We do our deliveries on Sundays trying our best to accomodate your time schedule on that day. You can be confident that when we load your purchase in or on your vehicle or into ours, we will treat it with care.
